the SF market is falling apart I've been going to open houses and stuff the past six months I'm noticing things on the market much longer, thinks going to foreclosure auction, which I haven't see in years, nobody showing up for the open houses, etc. there is a PRIME 2 unit place right near fillmore and cali that I didn't think was priced too badly... It's been on the market 300 days
